How it works
Each team member completes the assessment. It takes 10 minutes. Responses are anonymous. There are no right or wrong answers.
This is not a personality instrument. It looks at how the team behaves under pressure, disagreement, uncertainty and scrutiny.
You’ll then see your team’s distribution across the eight Decision Postures, where that distribution creates value, and where it generates predictable, avoidable costs.
You will also receive tailored Decision Practices: practical interventions, ‘Tips for the Chair’, and governance mechanisms designed to reduce those costs while preserving the team’s value.
