He’s taken start-ups to market and pivoted established groups in response to changes in the market. He’s advised on business sales, acquisitions, and integrations. He’s worked with businesses which have lasted 300+ years, and ones in crises.
He’s seen life-changing successes, and some very costly mistakes.
Before all that, Simon studied Political Philosophy to Masters level and has long had a fascination with how groups make decisions in uncertain environments, where they get it right, where it goes wrong, and what we can do to improve it.
The Decision Arc is the distillation of that experience: a structured way to see the patterns that most teams never notice, and to do something about them before the costs accumulate.
